Elk Mountain

Elk Mountain was one of Pennsylvania's first commercial ski areas, opening in 1959. Today, Elk Mountain offers a wide variety of terrain, ideal for beginners through experts. The skiing area is the most northerly of Pennsylvania resorts in the Poconos region and among the nearest to the Scranton and Wilkes-Barre metro area.
